Went to a place in Germany...an old castle Ruin converted to a restaurant. They have different rooms like a Torture Chamber , Kings room,Old Maids Chamber and so....The food is great and has weird names like"shovel of dirt" wich is pork chops and mashed potatos , or "A bucket of Bones"Wich is...yes...a bucket full of ribs, served with bread. The best though is the "Castle Ghost"...a german liquor they set on fire and serve in the dark...They should have something like this here in the states...Hmmm...Maybe I'll open one of those....

Fat Duck (Bray, England)! They have my favorites (i.e. sardine-flavored sorbet, snail porridge, or a puree of mango and Douglas fir).

El Bulli (Bray, England)! Has great cusine also (i.e. monkfish liver with tomato seeds and citrus or barnacles with tea foam. Sometimes they have Yeast soup). They also have an ice cream to die for, it tastes like parmesan cheese and is made with smoked bacon and eggs.

I am getting hungry just thinking about them, Yum Yum!!!
