Phillips is NASTY! Dont go there. The food use to be good I think it is horrible

Maggiano's is a chain and would be a horrible place to go with all the other options here. A better french place is Bistro Bis, but kind of pricey. It's sister restaurant is even better a kind of contemporary southern american fare called Vidalia. I went for my birthday this year and loved it. Another great place along the same lines is arcadia, another southern type fancy restaurant.

there is this place in rockville, its in MD sure, but their pizza and rolls are GREAT. its called gelico pizzeria. Try that. the source is a link from the gazette about them.
