After you bite your tongue, what is the easiest way to heal the pain?

I bit my tongue on the left back side and it has a bruise that's sticking out. It feels like I almost bit it off! Ouch!

Wash your mouth out with warm salt &

water - 3 or 4 times a day.should help

your head will start hurting, taking away from the tongue pain. ;)

i have done the same thing..

i sometimes put ice to numb it or (kank-A) a topical oral solution made out of benzocaine..

lick ice.. or if u have this stuff... i use "Tinactin" for my braces when it cuts up my lip and cheek. it numbs the pain. works fast and well
